Our mission can be summed up in two words: "We Deliver."

• We deliver freight door-to-door and dock-to-dock to over 1,500 cities worldwide. Our state of the art computer system provides our customers with monitored, trackable, streamlined shipping via major airlines, trucking and steamship companies across the nation and around the world.

• We deliver a full array of Logistic services including: warehousing and distribution, pick and pack, export packing, container loading/deconsolidation, and local and long-haul trucking services.

• We deliver customer service that you will not find in other shipping companies; from the manufacturer’s plant/warehouse to the customer’s doorstep, we take care of ALL of the shipping details. We will plan the logistics of your shipment for you; we will show you how shipping works and how to save money. We will be there...so you don’t have to.

Our Facility

U.S. Worldwide Logistics, Inc. is an 82,000 square foot facility located minutes from the Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport. Owner and CEO, Pam Stapleton, built U.S. Worldwide Logistics, Inc. in 1991 as a full service global logistics provider to foster growth and profit between national and international businesses through her company’s freight shipping services. Joined by her husband, Steve, in 1996, U.S. Worldwide Logistics is a true family business with an extended family/employee relationship garnered through respect and loyalty with its workers.

Values Statement

• We believe that our first responsibility is to our clients who depend on us to transport their shipment safely, securely and on time. We understand that the lifeblood of many businesses is the predictable flow of their products and supplies. Not only must our customers’ shipments be delivered promptly and accurately, but we must be there for the customer to attend to every shipping detail for them so that they can focus on other aspects of their business without the worries of where their shipment is and when it will arrive.

• Our responsibility to our clients is based on our responsibility to our employees–the men and women who are entrusted with your delivery. Our employees are considered to be unique individuals with dignity and respect they have earned through hard work, loyal service and merit. We believe that our employees must have a feeling of job security, a fair and adequate compensation, a safe working environment, and the freedom to make suggestions or issue complaints without concern of recriminations.

• We are also responsible to the community at large by being good citizens, by contributing to charities and by responding with gratuitous transport of needed supplies and equipment for disaster relief emergencies. We also believe that with the threat of terrorist activity, we are responsible for ensuring to the best of our abilities that all shipments are from reputable businesses and the contents are protected from in-transit tampering.
